The Allis-Adair Intestinal and tissue grasping forceps are specially designed to have wider jaws for grasping and manipulating larger structures such as the thick edges of the uterus during the hysterectomy, grasping the thick tendon fibers in tendon Achilles repair and manipulating the fibrous rectus sheath during open or laparoscopic abdominal surgeries.
