Love-Gruenwald Laminectomy Rongeurs are used in a type of spine surgeries known as laminectomy procedures, where part of the posterior part of the vertebral bones are removed to relieve pressure on spinal nerves. We have optimized the Love-Gruenwald rongeur to be used in removing the necessary pieces of vertebral bone to give the most favorable results in this procedure.
