Ferris Smith Tissue Forceps are heavyweight forceps used with fibrous tissue, commonly in colorectal procedures. These thumb forceps feature a wide section of the handle for greater control handling firm tissue. They also have slightly wider tips that are available with 1 X 2 or 2 X 3 teeth for a more secure grasp of the tissue.
