Levasseur-Merrill Intraoral Retractor
The Levasseur-Merrill Retractor is used in maxillofacial surgeries like the intraoral vertical ramus osteotomy operation, to retract the masseter muscle laterally and allow good visualization of the posterior border of the mandible. The overall length of the retractor is 25 cm. It has a bulky hollow handle with two anterior hooks to improve its grip and a long-reaching double-curved blade to offer enhanced visibility of the surgical field
