Heaney Needle Holder TC Serrated Jaws
- The Heaney Needle Holder is a ratcheted, finger ring instrument used for light to medium-weight suturing, most commonly in gynecological procedures such as vaginal and abdominal hysterectomy, and dilation and curettage. The slightly curved shanks and tips provide the user with a better view when suturing intravaginally, and the cross-serrations offer a secure hold on the needle. This needle holder may also be used as a cardiovascular approximation and closure instrument.
